Asante Kahari, an “author of several urban fiction books” is suing Amazon.com and eBay for $500 million for helping sell used copies of his works. He claims that used bookselling is similar to illegal P2P piracy of music; he’s clearly betting that the judge has never heard of the right of first sale. (It’s a good thing nobody’s ever told him about libraries.)
Kahari’s complaint is rather amusing.

Keep in Mind:
Asante Kahari: Self-published dumbass of the day
Here's a recipe for dumbassery:
1) Commit a crime. (Check fraud, bank fraud, wire fraud in this case.)
2) Write book which describes these crimes in perfect detail.
3) Self-publish said book. (The Birth of a Criminal, 2002. Gutter Publications as an example)

I love it how you always back up your writings by stuff we can actually use on our projects (beside the knowledge)
Thanx!

If you are willing to buy real estate, you will have to receive the personal loans. Moreover, my sister usually uses a commercial loan, which occurs to be the most firm.
