My favorite has always been the Bookstop in Houston (http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1362/1271816603_74f4a70582_o.jpg), also a former theater... but that one has mine beat!

If you want to buy a house, you would have to get the loan. Moreover, my brother usually takes a secured loan, which is the most rapid.
