We’re looking to hire a bright high-tech book geek to join our small team in Berkeley, California:

  • background in Perl/Python/Ruby LAMP web application programming (w/HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • production object-oriented Perl/CPAN experience
  • reliable, detail-oriented, strong communications skills, quick to learn new technologies
  • any experience with databases, book metadata, reading or speaking multiple (human) languages, internationalization, search engine design, or web app frameworks a plus
  • love of books a huge plus (bonus points for collectors, librarians, etc.)
